Unbelievably Delicious Paleo Pancakes

  • 1 Tablespoon Tapioca Flour
  • 1 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1.5 Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2.5 Buttermilk
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • Vanilla to taste

Directions: Mix Dry Ingredients

Add Wet Ingredients

Batter should be thicker than flour type pancake batter. Pour into a hot greased pan and watch carefully, flip when bottom side turns light golden. Enjoy!
